POLICIES
Rental Requirements
Customer must provide a valid government-issued photo ID, business or jobsite contact information, jobsite address, signed rental agreement, and a valid card on file before release of any equipment.
Deposit Policy
Standard deposits are listed above and are due before release. Deposits may increase for high-risk use, remote jobsites, self-haul requests, no established business history, or lack of proof of insurance. Deposits are refundable after return inspection, less unpaid rent, fuel, cleaning, damage, missing items, transport, or other contract charges.
Insurance and Responsibility
Renter is responsible for the machine from the time it leaves our possession until it is returned and accepted back by us. Renter is liable for theft, vandalism, rollover, misuse, broken glass, tire or track damage, hydraulic damage, and attachment damage. Proof of liability and physical damage insurance may be required.
Operating Rules
Only qualified operators may use the equipment. Machines must be used only for lawful jobsite purposes, within rated capacity, and under safe conditions. No sub-renting, unauthorized relocation, or use by unapproved operators.
Delivery, Fuel, and Return
Delivery and pickup are available for an added charge. Daily rentals are based on a 24-hour period unless otherwise stated. Equipment must be returned on time, reasonably clean, and with the same fuel level as rented. Additional charges apply for refueling, excessive cleaning, and late return.
Inspection and Damage Documentation
Each machine is photographed and inspected before release and at return. Hour meter and visible condition are recorded. Any new damage, missing items, abuse, or misuse will be billed to the renter.
